In your pet's birthday month, you receive:

All customers with registered pets on NewPet , provided they have correctly filled in their birthday in the customer area.

Registering your pet is very simple:

1. Access your Customer Area and enter My Pets.

2. Add your pet's details, confirming that the birthday is correct.

This way we guarantee your furry friend receives their treat in the right month! 🎂

At the beginning of each month , all customers with registered Patudos pets who have birthdays that month will have a birthday coupon available .

The coupon can be found here:

• In your account notifications

• And if you subscribe to our newsletter , it will also be sent to your email.

Each month, a single coupon is given per customer , regardless of the number of pets celebrating their birthdays.

If you have more than one pet celebrating their birthday in the same month , the benefit remains the same:

• You receive 1 birthday coupon.

• We personalize the cartoons of all the furry friends celebrating their birthdays in the "Furry Friends Diary" notebook, so that no one is left out of the celebration 🐾🎉

If you register a pet during its birthday month , it's essential that you let us know the registration has been completed .

Coupon allocation takes place at the beginning of each month , so please contact our team so we can validate the information and check if you can receive the benefit.

Without this information from you, and given that the allocation was made at the beginning of the month, we cannot guarantee that the coupon will be awarded this month .

The birthday coupon:

• It is valid throughout the entire month of Patudo's birthday.

• It can be used only once.

• It automatically becomes inactive after the end of the month.

The "Happy Birthday Paws" benefit has been active since February 2026 , the month of our 9th anniversary .

NewPet reserves the right to withhold or cancel this benefit whenever misuse, attempted fraud, or any behavior that violates the store's terms and conditions is detected.
